Barn Swallow Fields Wedding- Courtney and Tyler

This was one of my favourite weddings of 2022. The fall colours were jaw-droppingly gorgeous, the Guelph wedding venue had a beautiful design and plenty of photo opportunities, the couple was so sweet, and they included their adorable pup Hudson in their portraits!

Courtney and Tyler decided to do a first look before their ceremony among the stunning fall foliage, and both of their reactions were so sweet! And then it was time to bring in Hudson, their super friendly Golden Retriever. I absolutely love it when people include their dogs in their weddings, and Hudson was so happy to be there on his parents big day!

Once we finished with their photos, it was time to head inside and capture detail shots before the ceremony. Courtney and Tyler chose wonderful décor that perfectly suited the rustic feel of the venue. My favourite little detail was the little plastic version of Hudson taking a bite of the wedding cake. Finally it was time for the most important part of the day, the ceremony! Barn Swallow Fields is a beautiful venue, and Courtney had such an elegant entrance coming down the stairs from the loft. The couple had their pastor join them to perform the ceremony, and it was a very moving event.

Because the sunset happens so early in the fall, we went out for sunset photos after the ceremony. The grounds at Barn Swallow Fields are truly spectacular, with so many amazing photo opportunities. Courtney and Tyler were glowing with that “just married” joy, and their photos really show it.

Our day ended with a lovely dinner and some very sweet speeches from Courtney and Tyler’s families. My favourite was when Courtney’s young nephew came up to read a letter he’d written for his auntie. How sweet is that?

Courtney and Tyler planned a lovely day, and I was so glad I was able to capture their wedding photos at a beautiful wedding venue in Guelph. It was such a pleasure helping Bryn’s Photography serve this amazing couple!
