I love a venue that is perfectly designed for photography, and let me tell you that the Belcroft Estate is a wedding photographer’s dream! There are so many gorgeous locations for photos, the choices are almost overwhelming. It’s safe to say that I had a great time photographing Aviva and Zane’s wedding at Belcroft Estate last summer!
Aviva and Zane planned a wedding that was fun and chill, and they were such a fun couple to photograph. Wide grins abounded on their wedding day, it was so easy to tell how excited these two were to join their lives together. The day started with Aviva quickly getting into her gorgeous fit and flare style dress with the help of her mom. I think it’s so sweet when family members get emotional during different parts of the day, and Aviva’s mom had the cutest reaction to seeing her daughter all done up in her bridal best. Teary hugs are a personal favourite of mine, and I’m so glad I got to capture this moment for these two.
Once everyone was in their wedding day finery, Aviva and Zane chose to do a first look before their ceremony. They met in front of the home that rests on the Belcroft Estate, and once they finally saw each other they couldn’t stop smiling, which certainly made for some adorable photos! These two had such a joyful energy, and I love how that shines through in all their photos together!
After their photos it was time for the most important part of the day, the actual wedding! The couple decided to have a private ceremony with family for the signing of their ketubah, and then exchanged vows under their chuppah with all their guests. Aviva and Zane had a beautiful ceremony, which included many of their family coming up to read them the seven blessings in English and Hebrew. I loved being able to witness so many people being included in the ceremony and showing Aviva and Zane their love and support!
Following the ceremony, it was of course time to party! Aviva and Zane held their reception in the outdoor tent on the Belcroft property, which is a beautiful location for an outdoor summer wedding. They had set up fun games for the guests to enjoy during cocktail hour, in addition to the amazing hospitality at the estate. After cocktail hour it was time for me to leave, but I could tell this crowd was ready to celebrate the couple all night long!
Thank you to Amare Studios for the opportunity to second shoot this beautiful event.
